Bristow v. Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc.
This was a class action for unpaid “off-the-clock” work under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Settled for $7.35 million.
Hodge v. Lear Siegler Services, Inc.
This is a class action case on behalf of over 4,200 individuals arising from work they performed in Iraq, but for which they were not paid. Trial is currently set for October 18, 2010.
Lee v. ITT, et al.
This is a class action case filed on behalf of ITT workers in Kuwait who were not provided all promised pay and benefits. No trial date has been set.
Bartz v. Surgical Care Affiliates, LLC
This is a class action case filed on behalf of employees who were not allowed to return to work because of Defendant’s “100% Healed Policy” in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
McReynolds, et al., v. Lowe’s Companies, Inc.
This was an age discrimination case filed on behalf of three employees, which we prosecuted successfully. Settled for confidential amounts.
Hunt v. Team Performance, Inc.
This was a dispute over ownership of a corporation, which we prosecuted successfully. Settled for confidential amount.
Mosell Equities, LLC v. Berryhill & Co., Inc.
This is a dispute over the terms of a business relationship, in which we are defending a noted restauranteur. Ongoing.
Idaho First Bank
Represent IFB in a number of collection, participation and bankruptcy disputes. Recent judgments obtained in excess of $1.5 million.
