Carter v. Hewlett-Packard
This is a class action alleging that HP discriminates against female and older executive level employees and has retaliated against Plaintiff for complaining about the discriminatory treatment.
Shoemaker v. United Parcel Services, Inc.
This is a class action brought on behalf of past and present on road supervisors employed by UPS. The lawsuit alleges the on road supervisors were improperly classified as exempt employees and were not paid for any overtime hours they worked.
Bristow v. Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc.
This was a class action for unpaid “off-the-clock” work under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Settled for $7.35 million.
Hodge v. Lear Siegler Services, Inc.
This is a class action case on behalf of over 4,200 individuals arising from work they performed in Iraq, but for which they were not paid. LSI recently moved to postpone the trial. A new trial will be scheduled in the near future.
Lee v. ITT, et al.
This is a class action case filed on behalf of ITT workers in Kuwait who were not provided all promised pay and benefits. No trial date has been set.
Davis v. Key Bank
This was a lawsuit over a wrongful foreclosure, which we prosecuted successfully. The case settled for a confidential amount.
McReynolds, et al., v. Lowe’s Companies, Inc.
This was an age discrimination case filed on behalf of three employees, which we prosecuted successfully. Settled for confidential amounts.
Hunt v. Team Performance, Inc.
This was a dispute over ownership of a corporation, which we prosecuted successfully. Settled for confidential amount.
Mosell Equities, LLC v. Berryhill & Co., Inc.
This is a dispute over the terms of a business relationship, in which we are defending a noted restauranteur. Ongoing.
Idaho First Bank
Represent IFB in a number of collection, participation and bankruptcy disputes. Recent judgments obtained in excess of $1.5 million.
